Typhoon YAGI, one of the strongest typhoons in the past 30 years, made landfall in the East Sea, causing significant damage in many areas, especially in Hai Phong. However, thanks to thorough preparation and timely response, Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (IP) minimized damage, ensuring the safety of businesses and quickly restoring operations after the typhoon.

Following numerous discussions on solar power development mechanisms in Vietnam, a recent focal point of interest for citizens and businesses is Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha’s proposal for policy drafters to calculate the pricing mechanism for electricity bought from energy storage systems.

On June 13th, Shinec Corporation welcomed the 16th cohort of Environmental Technology students from Hanoi University of Industry to visit and learn about the wastewater treatment model at Nam Cau Kien Ecological Industrial Park, as well as Shinec’s methods for building and operating an ecological industrial park.

Vietnam has now signed and basically concluded negotiations for 17 Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with over 60 countries and territories. Additionally, the country is currently negotiating and preparing to start negotiations for three more FTAs and one economic framework.
